Acceptable use

Casava is provided for legitimate catering and food-service business operations. You agree not to use it to send unsolicited communications, misrepresent your business, or violate applicable law.

Subscription & billing

Plans are billed on a recurring basis after your 30-day free trial ends. There is no setup fee. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

Limitation of liability

Casava automates communication and business processes on your behalf, but you remain responsible for reviewing approvals before they're sent. Casava is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Casava is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
